1. The service
JLB Software provides license keys that activate the JLB Android rental-tablet application. The application is offered as a free download; the license keys are the paid product.
2. Licensing
Each key licenses a single device. On first activation a key binds to that device and cannot be transferred to another device except at our discretion. Sharing or attempting to reuse a key across multiple devices is not permitted.
3. Purchase and issuance
Licenses are sold on a contact basis. After you submit a request we may invoice you directly and issue keys manually. Access to keys is conditional on payment of the agreed invoice.
4. Revocation and expiry
We may revoke a key, and keys may carry an expiry date. A revoked or expired key will cause the associated device to lock on its next scheduled check-in.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to tamper with, reverse-engineer for circumvention, or attempt to bypass the licensing controls in the application.
6. Warranty and liability
The application and keys are provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, JLB Software is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
